During the consultation, all your specific requirements will be discussed and guidance will be given as to the process. You are welcome to present your ideas and bring along any pictures or mood-boards that inspire you! A consultation fee of R375 is applicable, which will be refunded to you when you decide to continue with us.
QUOTATION & DEPOSIT
A Detailed quotation will be set up according to the consultation discussion and sent to you within 7 working days.. Please view our COSTING GUIDE for any queries and to help plan your budget.
A 50% deposit will be required before the design process commences. Please email your proof of payment to us, and remember to supply your name as reference when your payment is made.
THE DESIGN PROCESS BEGINS!
Now we will email you great ideas and GUIDELINE MANUALS with wording options, patterns and font selections, of which you can combine and create a look that suits your unique preferences.
REVIEW & APPROVE YOUR MOCK-UP
Once we have interpreted your design request, we will send you a digital proof via email. You will then have the opportunity to proof your design and provide us with your first set of changes. The changes are then revised and an amended version is emailed to you for your approval. Your first set of changes is free of charge. Thereafter, every set of amendments will be charged at R375 per set. Kindly note : once the digital mock-ups have been approved and signed off, we can not be held responsible for any errors. It is up to you to proof ~ read and check spelling & grammar!
SIGN OFF YOUR PHYSICAL MOCK-UP
Once the digital mock-up has been approved & signed off, a physical mock will be provided. Your first mock up is included free of charge, any additional mock ups will be charged at a set fee of R250 each. Photographs can be emailed to you or your mock up can be signed off at our studio.
PRINT, PRODUCTION & COLLECTION
After the physical mock is approved and signed off, we will order paper and other materials for the production process to commence. We will complete work within 5 to 7 working days of receipt of your approved artwork. The outstanding balance is be due on collection of your stationery or before you arrange collection / or we arrange a courier!
*TIP – Remember that you will always need a couple of extra invitations or samples to keep for yourself, the photographer, and for those delayed R.S.V.P’s!
